Join this workshop to learn how you can receive no-cost consulting from a building performance expert and thousands of dollars in rebates to improve the energy and water efficiency of your property through the Bay Area Multifamily Building Enhancements (BAMBE) program.

Participating properties can earn rebates ranging from $500-$6,000+ per unit to help pay for upgrades to aging or inefficient energy systems, water fixtures, windows, insulation, furnaces, water heaters, lighting, and appliances. These programs are designed to be streamlined, flexible, and are tailored specifically to the multifamily sector. Rebates begin at $500 with additional incentives available for projects that include gas-to-electric conversions and for properties that are located in communities with high levels of health, heat, or housing burden.

The BAMBE program is offered through the Bay Area Regional Energy Network (BayREN), a collaboration of local government agencies that make up the 9-county Bay Area. Program funding comes from ratepayer dollars, and is authorized by the California Public Utilities Commission.
